DRMP, Inc. in Tallahassee, FL seeks an experienced CEI Senior Inspector to manage complex projects, provide field leadership, and mentor junior inspectors. This role offers opportunities for career growth within a Top Workplace culture and a strong transportation backlog.

You will lead advanced field surveying and construction layout, oversee quality control through inspections, and guide junior inspectors. The position requires DOT roadway/bridge experience and CTQP certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma + minimum 4 years of DOT roadway/bridge construction experience.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history.
• Completion of the Critical Structures Construction Issues self-study course.
• Full-time commitment (40+ hours/week with possible overtime).
• Required Certifications: CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level I; CTQP Earthwork Level I & II; CTQP Asphalt Roadway Level I & II; Advanced MOT; CTQP Final Estimates Level I.
• Preferred Certifications: CTQP Concrete Transportation Construction Inspector (CTCI) Level II; CTQP Pile Driving Inspection; CTQP Drilled Shaft Inspection; Nuclear Radiation Safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway, bridge, segmental, survey, and environmental projects.
• Track and document daily construction progress and contractor activities.
• Coordinate with field teams and utility owners to keep projects moving forward.
• Prepare field documentation, density logs, and material samples for testing.
• Verify dimensions, levels, and alignment of construction work with precision.
• Review finished work to ensure it meets specifications and standards.
• Support final estimate packages and maintain detailed daily logs.
