Qualifications

• Comfortable operating power tools and working from ladders.
• Ability to lift, transport, and position equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Possession of your own essential low voltage hand tools (strippers, snips, wrenches, screwdrivers).
• Flexibility to work overtime and second/third shifts in high-pressure environments.
• Must pass physical exam, drug screening, and a 7-year background check.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Strong English communication (verbal and written).
• Prior background in commercial construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute cable pulling and jack termination tasks.
• Install, terminate, and test structured cabling (CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6a, fiber, coax).
• Construct and organize MDF/IDF rooms, racks, patch panels, and cable management.
