Responsibilities

Peraton seeks a Cross Domain Solution (CDS) Team Lead to support ARCYBER in mitigating critical vulnerabilities. Location: Fort Eisenhower, GA

In this role, you will lead a small contract team to support ARCYBER in surveying, engineering, acquiring, and implementing solutions for sensor networks and systems to feed data to Gabriel Nimbus (GN) for defensive measures and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Trend Analysis Reports to track trends weekly, monthly, and quarterly in tactical, operational, and strategic reporting, including inspection, continuous monitoring results, operational activities, threats, capabilities, and policies.
• Perform data collection and analysis.
• Conduct studies on DODIN terrain types (IT, IAPs, cloud, CDS, encryption, mission partner environment), capabilities (security devices, tools), data management, and related issues.
• Develop SOPs detailing the organizational battle rhythm, resources, and partnerships for analysis.
• Ensure the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of major programs through subordinate managers, in accordance with contract and company policies.
• Support business development by leading proposals and acquiring follow-on work.
• Supervise and develop team members.
