U.S. Bank is seeking a CLO Trust Reporting Analyst 2 to read trust indentures, set up payment calculations, and reconcile collateral data.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business/finance or related field and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with frequent collaboration across operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two to three years of relevant work experience.
• Basic understanding of financial instruments and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret trust indentures with regard to reporting requirements.
• Create technical report specifications from indenture language.
• Set up payment calculations in a variety of in-house systems.
• Receive, map and reconcile periodic collateral data.
• As required, make tax elections, file for EIN's, and track residual holder transfers.
• As required, perform portfolio compliance tests on a selection of structured fixed income deals.
• Compile monthly, quarterly and annual payment and/or tax reports.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made.
• Perform quality control review of reports, meeting timeliness and accuracy standards.
• Frequent interaction with asset managers, investors, auditors and rating agencies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting or related field
