Responsibilities

• Create and communicate complex financial and risk models for contract evaluations
• Develop and produce financial reports for management, periodically and ad hoc
• Assist in negotiating contracts and monitoring payment compliance
• Support managed care initiatives and forecast reimbursement terms
• Maintain chargemaster; review codes, prices, and descriptions
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local regulations and payer guidelines
• Collaborate with CFO and Revenue Cycle to develop contract language
• Audit chargemaster changes and support third-party payer audits
