Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Dietary Service Department staff daily.
• Procure, store, and manage food and supplies.
• Ensure meals meet standardized recipes and menu requirements.
• Maintain accurate department records and resident diet cards.
• Conduct residents' diet assessments with dietitian consultation.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies.
