Family Dollar is seeking an experienced CDL-A truck driver for a dedicated fleet based in Las Vegas, Nevada. The role offers a rewarding schedule with a 06:00 start and up to 14 hours per day, covering routes across multiple western states.

Drivers will be out for two weeks at a time with three days at home, receive mileage and per-load pay, bonuses on mileage, and comprehensive benefits including health and 401(k). Weekly pay is provided with various incentives.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license with proven experience in dedicated fleets.
• Willingness to unload trailers using rollers and to climb in/out of trailers as needed.

Responsabilités

• Unload trailers when required and maintain on-time delivery.
• Stay active and efficient on long hauls with scheduled start times and out-of-town stretches.

Job Description:

• Hiring experienced CDL-A drivers on a dedicated fleet.
• This position is ideal for drivers wanting to stay active while driving!
• Drivers on this account will unload the trailer using rollers and climb in and out of the trailer as needed.

Delivery Locations:

• Customer locations throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

Schedule:

• Start time is 06:00 am. Drivers will work up to 14 hours.
• Days off vary based on freight demands, but will fall during the weekdays in most instances.
• Drivers living in Las Vegas will be out 2 weeks at a time followed by 3 days home.

Compensation:

• Mileage Pay
• Pay per Load
• Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus – Up to 3% of Mileage Pay

Equipment:

• Company provided Tandem-Axle Sleeper trucks pulling 53' dry van trailers.
• Top of the line automatic transmission trucks.
