Herman N Logistics is seeking regional intermodal drivers to haul containers around the Memphis area and beyond. Expect weekly home time, regional routes, and steady freight with no owner-operator requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Haul intermodal containers regionally and be home weekly.
• Perform live loading/unloading, preload, drop and hook.
• Adhere to schedules, safety, and DOT compliance to ensure on-time deliveries.

Regional Intermodal Driver — Memphis, TN

Compensation: $0.63/mile + $27 per load (avg. $1,400 weekly)
Home Time: Weekly

We need 6 solo drivers and 1 team for our Memphis intermodal account. You'll haul containers regionally, be home once a week, and run 2,000 miles on average. Pay is solid. Benefits are real. The work is steady.

The Details

Where you'll run:
Memphis hub. Regional routes. You may be sent to IL, GA, FL, or NC for 2 weeks to 1 month at a time — so flexibility matters.

Your schedule:

• 5 days on, 2 days off
• Shift options: Sun–Thur or Tue–Sat
• Weekend and holiday work required

What you'll haul:
Containers. Live load, live unload, preload, drop and hook. No endorsements needed.

What We're Looking For

• Class A CDL — required
• 6 months tractor-trailer experience in the last year, or 12 months combined in the last 5 years
• Clean MVR
• Clean background
• DOT physical passed
• Hair and urine drug screen passed

No owner operators. No trainees.

You must live within 50 miles of 38116 (Memphis).
