Job summary

Transporting Logistics in Memphis, TN seeks Class A CDL drivers for regional Intermodal runs. Earn $0.63 per mile plus $27 per revenue load, with an average of about $1,400 weekly and around 2,000 miles weekly. Expect 5 days on, 2 days off, with Sun–Thu or Tue–Sat shifts and occasional weekends or holidays.

No owner operators or trainees; must live within 50 miles of 38116 and be willing to travel to neighboring states as needed (IL, GA, FL, NC). Leadership approval required for this position.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 6 months tractor-trailer experience in the past year, or 12 months in the last 5 years.
• Clean MVR.
• Pass background check.
• Pass DOT physical.
• Pass pre-employment hair and urine drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Haul containers on regional Intermodal lane.
• Home time: 1 week per home period; 5 days on, 2 off.
• Shifts Sun–Thu or Tue–Sat; weekends and holidays required.
• Be prepared for 2 weeks to 1 month at a time in other states (IL, GA, FL, NC).

About the Gig

We're hiring 6 solo drivers and 1 team for our Intermodal account out of Memphis. This is regional work — home once a week — hauling containers. If you like longer turns and don't mind the occasional winter weather, this lane runs smooth.

You'll run 5 days on, 2 days off. Shifts are either Sun–Thur or Tue–Sat. Weekend and holiday work is part of the deal.

Heads up: You may get sent to another state for 2 weeks to a month at a time. States you could run into: IL, GA, FL, NC.
