Job summary

Family Dollar account is hiring drivers for a dedicated solo-driver role with Family Dollar Fleet. Drivers will unload freight using rollers and typically handle 2–3 loads per week, averaging about 1,600 miles weekly. Most deliveries occur in TX (about 75%), with the rest in surrounding states such as KS, AR, LA, and MS.

Schedule features weekly home time with a 34-hour rest. The package includes weekly pay, health benefits, 401(k), PTO, bonus incentives, and an unlimited referral program.

Qualifications

• 3 months experience required, no SAP drivers.

Responsibilities

• Unload freight using rollers.

Job Description

• Dedicated Family Dollar Account is hiring drivers!
• This is a great account for someone who is looking to drive and to stay active!
• Drivers will unload the freight using rollers
• There are on average of 2-3 loads per week with 2-6 stops per load. Drivers average 1600 miles per week.

Delivery Locations

• Generally, 75% of freight delivers in TX and the other 25% in surrounding states, including KS, AR, LA, and MS.

Schedule

• Home time: Weekly for a 34 hour rest.

Compensation

$1,860-2,420

• Mileage Pay

Equipment

• Sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53' dry trailers.
