Family Dollar Fleet Dedicated is hiring a Dedicated Solo Driver to service the Family Dollar account. Drivers will unload freight using rollers, with an average of 2–3 loads per week and 2–6 stops per load, covering about 1,600 miles weekly.

This position offers weekly pay, home time, and benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, a 401(k), PTO, and bonus incentives, plus an unlimited referral program. All shifts are on the road with regular home time and comprehensive benefits.

Job Description

• Dedicated Family Dollar Account is hiring drivers!
• This is a great account for someone who is looking to drive and to stay active!
• Drivers will unload the freight using rollers
• There are on average of 2-3 loads per week with 2-6 stops per load. Drivers average 1600 miles per week.

Delivery Locations

• Generally, 75% of freight delivers in TX and the other 25% in surrounding states, including KS, AR, LA, and MS.

Schedule

• Home time: Weekly for a 34 hour rest.

Compensation

$1,860-2,420

• Mileage Pay
• Load Pay
• Stop Pay

Equipment

• Sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53' dry trailers.
