Job summary

Salt City Trucking is seeking CDL-A team drivers for a dedicated reefer account based in California. Teams earn strong weekly and annual averages with no-touch freight and live loading/unloading, operating on a consistent schedule and returning loads to California.

Drivers must reside within 100 miles of Gilroy or Colton, CA, have a valid CDL-A and a qualified driving partner. DOT medical card and clean driving record are required; SAP drivers are not accepted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
• Must have a qualified driving partner/team
• Must live within 100 miles of Gilroy, CA or Colton, CA
• Southern California drivers must have reliable transportation to/from the Colton terminal

Join a dedicated refrigerated team account with a consistent schedule and strong earning potential. Teams average $2,126 per week and run no-touch refrigerated freight from California to major distribution centers across the Midwest, East Coast and Southeast.

Main Yard / Starting Location

• Gilroy, CA
• Drivers must live within 100 miles of Gilroy, CA or Colton, CA
• Southern California drivers must have reliable personal transportation to/from the Colton, CA terminal

Pay Details

• $2,150 average weekly team pay
• $110,552 average annualized
• $2,300 top weekly
• $118,040 top annualized
• Mileage-based pay
• Split team pay
• Safe & On-Time Bonus up to 3% of mileage pay
