CDL A Team Driver - Dedicated Account
Job Type: Driving

Run dedicated refrigerated freight from California to distribution centers across the country. This team position offers no-touch freight, company-provided sleeper equipment, and scheduled home time every two weeks.

Pay

• Average weekly earnings: $2,300 per driver
• Safe and on-time bonus worth up to 3% of mileage pay

Earnings vary based on mileage, team performance, and bonus eligibility.

Route and Home Time

• Dedicated team operation
• Pick up freight in Gilroy, California
• Deliver to distribution centers in Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Georgia, and Florida
• Return loads travel back to California
• Home every two weeks

Freight and Equipment

• No-touch refrigerated freight
• Live loading and live unloading
• Company-provided tandem-axle sleeper tractor
• Automatic transmission
• 53-foot refrigerated trailers

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 3 months of T/T driving experience within the last 12 months
• Drivers with older experience may qualify under the applicable 10-year experience-recency standard
• Must be able to operate as part of a driving team
