Job summary

J Rose Logistics is seeking qualified truck drivers for dry van freight across the continental United States. Expect weekly pay between $1,200 and $1,500 with 100% no-touch freight and home weekly for reset. Home time typically 5–5.5 days out, with a 34–48 hour home reset.

We operate newer equipment and offer Detention/pay breakdown at $20/hr, paid vacation, holidays, and a competitive health/Dental/Vision/Life insurance package. CDL required with strong safety and background records.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must have verifiable driving activity within the last 90 days.
• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements.
• SAP drivers welcome if step 6 is complete and driver has experience with another carrier.

Pay & Home Time

• Average weekly pay: $1,200–$1,500
• CPM paid on ALL miles - loaded & empty
• Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)
• 34–48 hour reset at home
• Consistent miles and predictable scheduling
• Steady year-round freight

Freight & Equipment

Dry van freight

• 100% no-touch freight
• Approximately 70% drop & hook with some live load/unload
• Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable)
• Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International equipment
