Trucking Group UTAH is seeking a CDL-A Dedicated Retail Driver for the Berwick, PA hub. You will return home every week, with weekly resets and a guaranteed 34-hour restart.

The role offers strong earnings including an industry-leading pay structure with $1.60–$1.90 per mile equivalents, $270 unload pay per load and $17 per stop, based out of Berwick, PA. Expect roughly 1,000 miles per week and live store drops with hands-on unloads.

• THE PAY & EARNINGS BREAKDOWN: Gross a top-tier average of $1,600 to $1,900 per week. Compensation features an aggressive $1.10 CPM , $270 unload pay per load , and $17 per stop.
• THE ROUTE & FREIGHT SPECS: Regional dedicated dispatches launching from the Berwick, PA terminal, logging roughly 1,000 miles per week. Physical Unload Details: Hands-on store delivery involving 5,000+ piece full manual unloads (live store drops). Operations feature night dispatches and tight retail dock maneuvering.
• SCHEDULE & HOME TIME: Weekly Resets: Get home reliably every week for a full 34-hour restart. Day and night shift windows are available with weekend work required. Guaranteed OFF for Thanksgiving and Christmas Day!
• QUALIFICATIONS & SCREENING: * Trainees Welcome: 0 months experience required if you possess a valid Class-A CDL with at least 120 hours of accredited school training. * Experienced Drivers: Open to drivers with verified Class-A tractor-trailer experience. * Hiring Zone: Must reside within 50 miles of approved hiring ZIP codes across PA, NJ, and MD (including Berwick, Harrisburg, and Bethlehem metro areas). * Toxicology: Clean results required on mandatory pre-employment dual-panel hair follicle and urine drug screens.
