Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A regional driver for a dedicated retail account based out of Phoenix, AZ. Earn a steady average of $1,500 per week with premade miles and per-stop pay, plus liftgate unloading duties.

The role covers roughly 1,800 miles per week across AZ, Southern CA/San Diego, Las Vegas, and UT, with home weekly and opportunities for additional mid-week home time. Early shifts and day/night options available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Trainees: 0 months experience + 120+ accredited school hours.
• Experienced Drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months OR 12 months in the past 5 years.
• Pass mandatory pre-employment hair follicle & urine drug screens.
• Clean driving record, background check, & valid DOT Medical Card.
• No SAP drivers.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a CDL-A driver on a dedicated regional retail account.
• Unload 80% carts and 20% loose boxes with a liftgate (1–2 hours per stop).
• Deliver approximately 1,800 miles per week across AZ, Southern CA/San Diego, Las Vegas, and UT.
• Early-morning store drops with home weekly schedule.

CDL-A Dedicated Regional Driver — RETAIL ACCOUNT | Phoenix, AZ

Join a steady regional retail account out of Phoenix offering dependable weekly earnings, weekly home resets, and consistent miles. Great fit for drivers who like staying active with hands-on store deliveries.

Main Yard / Starting Location Phoenix, AZ — servicing routes out of the local DC (must live within 50 miles of 85340).

Pay Details

• $1,500 average weekly pay
• $0.60 — $0.62 CPM (based on experience)
• $100 per load unload pay
• $25 per stop
• All loaded miles paid

Job Details

• Dedicated regional retail account
• ~1,800 miles per week
• Operating lanes cover AZ, Southern CA / San Diego (no LA runs), Las Vegas, and UT
• Early-morning store drops
• Hands-on unloading: 80% roll carts, 20% loose boxes (stacked onto carts using a liftgate; 1–2 hours per stop)

Shift Details

• Home weekly
• Extra mid-week home time possible on local AZ runs
• Friday UT deliveries get you home Saturday night with time off through Monday
• Mostly weekday dispatches (occasional weekend/holiday work as needed)
