Scotts Miracle-Gro is hiring for an hourly forklift/yard role in Marysville, OH. The position starts at $26.05 per hour with weekly pay and includes benefits and growth opportunities. Qualifications

• CDL Class A required; HM not required but suggested.
• At least 3 years verifiable driving experience.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No more than 1 DOT recordable accident in the last 3 years.
• Medically qualified to operate a commercial motor vehicle.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Move all drop trailers in/out of dock doors per shipping/receiving instructions.
• Move product and trailers across the warehouse lot to destinations.
• Secure trailers with wheel chocks and locking systems.
• Conduct safety checks before forklift entry into a trailer.
• Open/close trailer doors and assist forklift drivers.
• Maintain and update paperwork; conduct daily safety audits of the yard.
• Report hazards and assist leadership on improvement projects.
• Coordinate movement of trucks within the yard with third-party drivers.
