Job summary

Wildcat Oil Tools in Carlsbad, NM, seeks a reliable driver to deliver and retrieve tools and equipment in support of Operations. You will keep a precise daily log of work activities, J.S.A.s, and equipment movements, and ensure vehicles are properly maintained.

The role requires a clean driving record, a Class A CDL, and the ability to follow DOT regulations. Preference given to local candidates near Carlsbad; experience operating a winch truck is a plus, and veterans will be credited for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred; clean driving record required and must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Deliver & retrieve tools and equipment as needed in support of Operations.
• Keep accurate daily log of work activities, times, J.S.A.s, equipment delivered, equipment picked up, maintenance, repairs, etc.
• Properly maintain vehicles.
• Drive in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
• Observe and obey all traffic laws.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and Dispatchers consistently to inform them of equipment location and condition.
• Main D.O.T. paperwork such as Hours of Service Logs, Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports and Maintenance Records in accordance with D. O. T. Regulations.
• Exhibit Professional and courteous etiquette; Build and maintain productive professional relationships with Client Representatives.

SPECIAL SKILLS/EDUCATION REQUIRED FOR POSITION

Minimum of one year, Two years plus preferred.

SPECIALIZED LICENSE(S) REQUIRED

Class A C. D. L. Drivers License.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Applicants local to the Carlsbad area preferred; Must have experience operating a winch truck.
