Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a skilled CDL Water Truck Driver for the Desert Pine BESS project. You will operate water trucks to suppress dust, assist with soil compaction, and support on-site construction activities while following safety regulations.

The role requires a valid CDL, 2+ years in water truck operation, ability to work extended hours, and strong communication with supervisors and crew.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating water trucks on construction sites.
• Off-road driving and uneven terrain experience preferred.
• Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate water trucks safely on construction sites, including off-road terrain.
• Control dust on haul roads and work areas using water spray.
• Monitor water levels and replenish from designated sources.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Communicate with supervisors and crew; maintain a clean work area.
• Assist with general labor duties on site as needed.
