Job summary

AIS Infrastructure is seeking a CDL Construction Water Truck/Haul Truck Driver to safely load and move equipment and materials across construction projects. The role requires securing cargo, performing inspections, and coordinating with supervisors on site.

The candidate must hold a valid Class A CDL, pass DOT screenings, read maps, and maintain safety standards. A high school diploma and flexible scheduling are essential, with potential travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass DOT background checks, including drug and alcohol screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document findings.
• Knowledge of DOT logs and safety regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate water truck and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
• Secure and load/unload cargo ensuring balance and proper restraint.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; monitor fluid levels and equipment condition.
• Adhere to traffic laws and site safety protocols; communicate with supervisors and dispatchers.
• Coordinate with team members and adapt to changing work assignments,
• Short travel to different project sites may be required.
