Job summary

Select Water Solutions is seeking a CDL Driver for water transfer operations. You will safely operate medium/heavy trucks, load and unload equipment, and ensure quality control while maintaining a clean, organized work environment. The role requires experience with flatbeds, proper load securing, and DOT log maintenance.

We value teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Travel is required, and a valid Class A CDL is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license and eligible to drive company vehicle per guidelines.
• Energy service experience helpful.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Transport equipment to and from client locations using flatbed and semi tractors.
• Load-outs at the yard and rig up/down entire jobs.
• Perform repetitive heavy lifting and secure loads properly.
• Maintain DOT logs and accurate Bills of Lading.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and ensure inspections are up to date.
• Comply with DOT requirements and company safety policies.
