Job summary

Casella is seeking a CDL Driver to safely operate rear, front, side load and roll-off trucks across residential and commercial routes. You will deliver prompt, courteous waste removal, perform inspections, complete route sheets, and maintain excellent customer service while upholding company safety standards.

Starting pay ranges from $25.00 to $31.00 per hour, with a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401K and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, 18+ years old, CDL Class A or B, eligible to work in the United States.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, listening and problem-solving skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre/post-trip inspections and maintains truck appearance per safety standards.
• Operates rear/front/side/roll-off trucks safely on streets, customer sites, and construction sites.
• Provides courteous, timely service and maintains positive attitude toward company and community goals.
• Completes all required paperwork and route sheets for one Line of Business (LOB).
• Attends training and notifies Dispatch of service interruptions or safety issues.
