Job summary

Excel Oil Services in Chicago is seeking a Route Sales Driver to collect waste oil, perform service stops at accounts, and deliver petroleum-chemical products. You will build relationships with customers and complete required documentation under DOT, EPA, and state regulations.

The role requires a valid CDL A or B with Tanker Endorsement, a clean driving record, and ability to lift 50 pounds. You will work independently or as part of a team and participate in cross-training as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Must be at least 24 years of age.
• No DUI or DWI convictions in the past 10 years.
• Must maintain current DOT physical.
• Must pass pre-employment DOT drug test.
• CDL A or B with Tanker Endorsement required.
• GED or high school diploma acceptable.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Used oil recovery: service stops on accounts.
• Complete required documentation per governing authorities (DOT, EPA, state).
• Transport waste oil to and from customer sites.
• Route sales of services and products.
• Build and manage customer relationships.
• Sample and test collected products and materials.
• Maintain equipment and basic vehicle checks.
