Job summary

Safety-Kleen Elgin, IL is seeking a Local Class B Route Driver to join a safety-conscious team. You will drive a Class B Tanker, complete 10-15 stops daily, pump out tanks, collect samples, and identify field leads to support waste management services.

Minimum requirements include a CDL Class B, Hazmat/Tanker endorsements, and strong customer service. Local Monday–Friday schedule with home nights and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B required for the role.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements must be achievable.
• Previous route experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a handheld device (ELD).
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class B Tanker with 10-15 stops per day.
• Pump out tanks and drums using hoses; sample collection.
• Generate new leads in the field at customer locations.
