Mutual Trading Co., Inc. in Des Moines, WA, is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver (CDL A or B) to handle long-distance deliveries and warehouse tasks. The role requires a valid CDL, 1 year warehousing experience, and travel across WA/OR with 2 years of trucking experience preferred.

We offer full medical/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, a 401k match, and paid vacation/sick leave. Working hours are 8 AM–5 PM in a warehouse environment with freezer conditions.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of general warehousing experience required; experience in freezer environment (-10F) or freezer management is preferred.
• Minimum 2 year of truck driving/delivery experience required.
• Willingness to travel: 100% required.
• Must be over 21 years old (DOT regulation).
• Has a valid CDL Class A or B driver license and clean driving record.
• Conversational level English required; Business level English preferred.
• Bilingual in Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, or Japanese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver door to door on 26’ straight truck, regional WA/OR routes, Mon–Fri, 1–2 nights per week.
• Document driver logs, returns, and customer notes accurately.
• Comply with DOT rules and vehicle policy and perform basic truck maintenance.
• Stock and load delivery trucks; assemble orders per pick list.
• Inspect and stock warehouse inventory; maintain FIFO storage.
• Coordinate with sales for urgent deliveries; maintain customer satisfaction.
