SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University seeks a full-time Motor Vehicle Operator to support the Department of University Police and Public Safety in Brooklyn, NY. You will drive various vehicles to transport people, materials, and equipment on and off State property, including snow plowing when needed.

Qualified candidates must hold a valid NYS driver’s license and a CDL Class B or C with a passenger endorsement for 16–24 passengers.

Formación

• Valid New York State Driver’s License appropriate for vehicle type.
• CDL Class B or C with passenger endorsement required (16–24 passengers).
• 55 B/C program eligibility may be considered with eligibility letter.

Responsabilidades

• Drives a variety of motor vehicles on- and off State property to transport people, material, and equipment.
• Post manifests and records of goods and people transported.
• Perform routine maintenance: oil, spark plugs, tires, washes vehicles.

Conocimientos

Valid NY Driver's License

CDL Class B or C with passenger end.
