Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a reliable CDL Class B Truck Driver to support regional transportation across New York, New Jersey, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley. You will operate company vehicles to transport materials and equipment between facilities, job sites, and vendor locations with strict adherence to safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, 2–3 years of Class B experience, and the ability to handle outdoor job-site conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class B driver’s license (required).
• Clean driving record with ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening.
• 2–3 years of Class B driving experience preferred.
• Experience with flatbeds, box trucks, or hauling construction materials is a plus.
• Comfortable working in outdoor conditions and active job site environments.
• Flexibility for early morning shifts and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate rack body, box, and pickup trucks safely and efficiently.
• Travel regionally between NYC, Long Island, and New Jersey approximately 2–3 times per week.
• Support routes within the Hudson Valley with occasional travel to Syracuse, NY.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Pick up, verify, transport, and deliver materials and equipment as instructed.
• Handle mid-size equipment loads such as A/C units, dehumidifiers, trash carts, and similar materials.
• Load and unload cargo in the yard and at job sites; assist job site teams with loading and offloading materials.
• Complete and verify delivery and vehicle paperwork accurately.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist the Yard Foreman with labor and support tasks in the warehouse/yard when driving duties are complete.
• Take daily direction from the Supply & Equipment Coordinator.
• Support basic tool repair as needed (plus).
