Job summary

Army Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) at Fort Stewart/Hunter Army Airfield is seeking a Bus Driver to operate 15- to 24-passenger vehicles and related equipment. The role includes loading/unloading cargo, maintaining trip/maintenance records, and following supervisor instructions for routes, deadlines, and safety.

The candidate must hold a high school diploma or GED and a valid state license or CDL, with English communication proficiency.

Qualifications

• Two pages or less resume required.
• Ability to communicate in English safely and clearly.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license to operate a 15-passenger vehicle or CDL to operate a 24-passenger vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Drive passenger buses and various trucks weighing 26,000–32,000 lbs.
• Assist with loading/unloading cargo and complete trip tickets and maintenance records.
• Follow supervisor/dispatcher instructions for vehicle type, destination and deadlines.
• Prepare accident reports and perform driver maintenance as required.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory requirements, including random drug testing for TDP positions.
