Job summary

Roadway Construction, LLC in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Vactor/Vacuum Truck Operator to support underground utility and drainage operations. The role requires handling high-pressure water and vacuum systems and a strong safety focus.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, maintain logs, and assist field crews. A valid CDL Class A or B with a clean driving record and 1+ year of vacuum truck experience are required.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience operating vacuum trucks or similar equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety and safe driving practices.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and random testing.
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate high pressure/vacuum equipment for cleaning storm and sanitary systems.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain safe equipment.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and logs.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations.
• Support field crews with general labor tasks and site setup.
• Work outdoors and adapt to changing weather conditions.
