Job summary

RECONN is seeking candidates for daytime, full-time vacuum excavation roles. You will travel to sites and perform vacuum excavation using water or air for breaking ground, documenting work on a company laptop, and supporting safety-first operations in various weather conditions.

Starting pay is $30-35 per hour, with overtime potential and comprehensive benefits. No prior industry experience required; training is provided to help you grow within a safety-conscious team.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
DOT medical card required for all positions.
Able and willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

Travel to assigned work sites to perform vacuum excavation.
Perform vacuum excavation activities such as core drilling, shoveling, back filling and general construction labor.
Document project progress using a company laptop; maintain records.
Operate in outdoor environments in all weather conditions.
Follow safety protocols and quality standards.
