Job summary

RECONN Holdings, LLC is seeking vacuum excavation team members to perform soil extraction at utility sites. You will travel to assigned work sites, work outdoors in all weather, and document progress using a company laptop.

No prior experience required; we provide 100% paid training, a company vehicle, DailyPay, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with match, and advancement opportunities. Overtime, weekend shifts, and on-call duties are possible.

Qualifications

• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts may be required.
• Travel locally during the business day; some overnight travel expected.
• CDL A or B license required; CDL positions require safe driving record.
• Must possess or obtain a DOT medical card.
• Able to pass a drug screen; safety-sensitive position.
• Stand/walk long periods; lift up to 75 lbs; read tickets/maps.

Responsibilities

• Perform vacuum excavation activities at assigned sites.
• Document project progress using a company laptop.
• Core drilling, shoveling, back filling and general construction labor.
• Travel to multiple work sites as required.
