Shenandoah is seeking a Vac Truck Operator to join the logistics team. The role involves operating vac trucks and heavy haul vehicles on pipeline rehabilitation projects, with overnight travel Sunday through Friday.

A CDL Class A is required, along with 3–5 years of experience and basic mechanical knowledge for routine maintenance. You will communicate with dispatch, perform safety checks, and help with yard and trailer movements as needed.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required.
• 3–5 years of experience.
• Mechanical knowledge helpful for basic maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate vac trucks and other listed heavy vehicles.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety and compliance.
• Maintain delivery and transport records, mileage and fuel usage.
• Coordinate with dispatch for delivery schedules and issues.
• Load and unload cargo using pallet jacks or forklifts when needed.
• Adhere to traffic laws and weather-related driving precautions.
• Assist in yard duties and trailer moves as required.
