Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks and equipment to support county road maintenance.
• Perform daily inspections and minor repairs on vehicles and equipment.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Transport materials using dump trucks, belly dump trucks, and patching trucks.
• Water roads with water and vacuum trucks; collect trash with refuse and grapple trucks.
• Set up cones and traffic control devices; direct traffic as needed.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and other duties as assigned.
