Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates a truck according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
• Transports loads safely and in a timely manner over required routes, obeying all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Maintains signed invoices, shipping bills of lading, and other required paperwork; delivers documentation to the shipping office or staff when route is complete.
• Performs routine service on trucks, including checking oil, water, gasoline, and air; reports maintenance malfunctions.
• Travels frequently to deliver freight as required.
