Job summary

Biagi Bros Inc. is seeking an experienced truck driver to safely transport and deliver freight using tractor-trailer units. You will hook/unhook trailers, handle loading/unloading, fuel vehicles, and manage documentation for shipments.

Applicants must have a valid CDL, strong English reading/writing skills, and knowledge of DOT regulations. The role requires adherence to safety procedures and company policies, with a focus on on-time delivery and proper record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and be able to operate tractor-trailer combinations.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for shipping documents and safety communications.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, hours of service, and basic safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport and deliver freight using tractor-trailer units.
• Hook and unhook trailers, connect to converter dollies, and manage landing gear operations.
• Load and unload trailers with or without dock assistance and equipment.
• Perform fueling tasks and basic vehicle maintenance checks.
• Complete shipping documentation and ensure proper bills of lading accompany shipments.
• Maintain compliance with State and Federal driving regulations and company policies.
