Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle in accordance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections using the Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR).
• Report unsafe conditions or service calls to Operations Manager or Dispatch.
• Collaborate with managers to improve route efficiency.
• Collaborate with managers to improve route efficiency and address problematic accounts.
• Assist other company drivers as directed.
• Notify managers of incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
• Communicate customer requests or issues to Dispatch or Managers.
• Completely dump containers, leaving the customer location clean and debris free.
• Submit customer tickets when excess yardage must be removed.
• Position containers on the customer’s property, ensuring lids are properly replaced and containers are set upright without blocking driveway entrances or traffic.
• Follow route assignments throughout the day and complete all documentation upon route completion.
