J Rose Enterprises is seeking motivated Truck Driver Recruiters to join as 1099 independent contractors. You will source and screen CDL Class A drivers for high-paying opportunities nationwide while managing your own schedule and earning commissions per placement.

No recruiting experience is required; we provide playbooks, tools, and orientation to get you up and running quickly. You’ll build a driver pipeline and guide candidates through onboarding with uncapped earnings potential.

Qualifications

• No prior recruiting experience required.
• Preferred experience in high-volume recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or trucking/transportation is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive personality.
• Comfortable using recruiting software (ATS), social media, and phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Source, contact, and screen prospective CDL drivers for open positions.
• Guide candidates through application, background checks, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified driver leads via phone, email, text, and social media.
• Communicate requirements, compensation, and lane specs clearly to candidates.
