Job summary

CHS Inc. in White Lake, SD is seeking a Truck Driver/Operations Specialist to deliver agronomy products to local customers and assist with site operations when driving slows. You will prepare trucks/railcars, load/unload inputs, monitor inventory and maintain a safe work area.

Required: 1+ year experience in trucking/operations, English communication, and a valid Class A CDL (Hazmat/Tanker endorsements preferred). Competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Trucking Operations
• Must meet minimum age requirement
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Maintain or be able to obtain CDL and DOT medical card
• Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements preferred
• Valid Class A CDL preferred
• Agriculture background preferred
• Customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery or equipment.
• Conduct and record repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and maintain inventory quality.
• Deliver products safely and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations including hours of service.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Perform grounds and warehouse maintenance.
• Report safety or customer issues promptly.
