Job Summary:
The Class A Truck Driver is responsible for operating a commercial heavy truck on public roadways and on the construction jobsite in a safe and efficient manner. The Equipment Operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment on a construction jobsite in a safe manner. The CDL Truck Driver/Equipment Operator must complete prestart checks, assist with fluid checks, securing the equipment, cleaning, and other duties as directed by the Foreman or Superintendent.
The employee will work between driving trucks and operating asphalt construction and grading equipment.
