WM is seeking an Experienced CDL Driver in Tennessee. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a 3:00am start and a pay rate of $28.00/hr, plus a yearly boot allowance and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities include safely operating a heavy-duty truck, performing inspections, and maintaining route efficiency. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of CDL driving experience (Class B), be proficient in English, and pass pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Two years driving with CDL or equivalent military driving in the last seven years.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to interact with the public and read signs.
• Must be at least 18 and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and physical.
• CDL Class B license.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a heavy-duty truck on swing routes and varied environments.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and document issues on DVIR.
• Report unsafe situations or service concerns to Route Manager/Dispatch.
• Assist other drivers and support route efficiency improvements.
• Notify Route Manager of incidents and manage container handling per protocol.
