Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Truck Driver positions in Tennessee. The role involves operating trucks over 4 tons, loading and unloading freight, and delivering to designated locations.

Drivers must pass pre-employment screenings, hold a valid Class A license with Air Brakes and a medical card, and be able to lift at least 50 lbs while maintaining safety standards and customer service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A license with Air Brakes endorsement and a current medical card.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Operate trucks over 4 tons to ship and receive goods.
• Deliver and pick up products and materials as required.
• Load and unload freight from vehicles and facilities.
• Perform daily vehicle maintenance and inspections; complete reports.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups.
• Utilize material handling equipment safely (forklifts, hand trucks).
• Comply with DOT, OSHA, safety programs and FMCSA guidelines.
• Maintain and protect company property; report issues to supervisor.
• Assist other departments as needed to support operations.
• Undertake tasks to improve team efficiency and operations.
