WM (Waste Management) is seeking an experienced driver to operate heavy-duty trucks and perform pre/post-trip inspections. You will transport waste or recyclables to designated facilities, ensuring safety compliance and timely pickups.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public, understand traffic signs, and complete records or reports.
• Successfully complete pre-employment screening, including drug screen and physical.
• Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A with an air-brake endorsement or CDL Class B with an air-brake endorsement.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy-duty trucks and manages loads per line of business.
• Transport materials to disposal, transfer, or recycle facilities.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and document checks.
• Complete end-of-day documentation and ensure customer locations are clean.
