Flare Construction, LLC, a Quanta Services Company, seeks skilled CDL Truck Drivers to support Civil division projects. Roles may be filled at Level I–III based on qualifications, driving light and heavy vehicles, loading materials, and ensuring timely delivery to job sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL license with current medical card; clean driving record.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred at Level II and above; endorsements as noted.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and operate in varying conditions.
• Minimum driving hour requirements vary by level; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites safely and on time.
• Inspect, lubricate, and refuel assigned vehicles before shifts.
• Perform routine maintenance and report issues to supervisor.
• Operate vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and safety policies.
• Load, unload, and secure materials and equipment on site.
• Maintain driver logs and required documentation per DOT rules.
