This full-time driving position earns a competitive wage of $34.40-$38.10 per hour, depending on location/local. Employees receive a pay increase every 6 months. After 18 months of employment, CDL Truck Drivers earn a competitive wage of $43.00-$47.63 per hour. As a CDL Truck Driver, you drive a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to the construction job sites of customers. Daily, you interact with customers on job sites during each pour. You keep great communication with the dispatcher in the case of scheduling issues such as traffic, slower than expected placement, difficult access or egress, or accidents. Committed to safety compliance, you always follow our policies and procedures. You enjoy helping our customers get their deliveries on time and ensuring they have a stress-free experience!
A non-excepted interstate CDL classification is preferred but not required. Are you responsible and reliable? Do you have patience while driving? Are you self-disciplined? Can you work independently? This full-time position works Monday - Friday and may work overtime and on weekends. As a CDL Truck Driver, you are available to work 6 days a week.
