The Simplot Company in Dumas, TX is seeking a Truck Driver/Operations Support 3 to join our agricultural distribution team. This full-time role combines driving responsibilities with hands-on maintenance and customer service to deliver fertilizer and chemicals safely.

Ideal candidates hold a Class A CDL, have 1+ years of related experience, and are comfortable operating heavy equipment. DOT/OSHA knowledge and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Minimum 1 year of related agriculture or equipment experience preferred.
• Ability to operate sprayers, semi-trucks, and trailers.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, Outlook, mobile apps).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and applying fertilizer and chemicals to farms.
• Communicating effectively with customers.
• Blending fertilizer and calibrating application equipment.
• Performing vehicle and equipment maintenance (including welding, pump/engine overhauls).
• Ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, and HazMat regulations.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds or more as part of daily tasks.
