CDL Truck Driver - Summary

The primary responsibility of the CDL Truck Driver is to transport linens and laundry products between Core Linen Services facilities and customer locations. Drivers are expected to adhere to all safety procedures, maintain accurate delivery records, and build positive relationships with customers. By ensuring that all deliveries are made efficiently and professionally, the CDL Truck Driver helps support the company’s mission of service excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate company-owned vehicles safely and efficiently along established delivery routes.
• Load and unload linen carts, ensuring each is properly tagged and accounted for during transit.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, documenting all stops and any relevant details for recordkeeping and compliance.
• Deliver linens and laundry to customer locations in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow all guidelines and procedures when handling soiled linens to ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Maintain the cleanliness and routine upkeep of delivery vehicles and related equipment.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall operations.
