The Position

We are looking for a teammate to fill the role of CDL Class B Driver. This position is responsible for safely transporting IRC materials and equipment, while ensuring warehouse and yard organization adheres to company standards.

This Teammate Will

• Maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with all departments to fulfill duties and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist in logistics support to ensure field personnel have the necessary materials and tools to service customers.
• Drive CDL Class B trucks safely and proficiently.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Requirements And Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques (preferred).
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
• CDL – B License (Hazmat Endorsement preferred).
• Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly.
• Strong organizational and storage skills.
• 3 years of CDL driving experience (required).
