Job summary

LAZ Parking in Lancaster, CA is seeking experienced CDL drivers for part-time transportation operations. The role focuses on safe vehicle operation, customer service, and leadership on shifts.

You will greet passengers, assist boarding, maintain DOT compliance, complete reports, and coordinate with dispatch to keep service on schedule. Requires Class A or B CDL, DOT medical, and passenger driving experience.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL (Class A or B)
• DOT Medical Certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience with a regular Class C license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• K-4 DMV printout (issued within last 30 days) required
• Recent Passenger Commercial Vehicle Driving experience
• Previous experience in transportation, shuttle operations, or fleet services preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Safely operating company vehicles
• G.E.T. 100 (Greet, Engage, and Thank the Guest)
• Assist passengers during boarding/exiting, including ADA passengers
• Coordinate with dispatch and management to resolve staffing issues
• Complete daily reports, incident reports, vehicle inspections, and operational documentation
