LAZ Parking is hiring a Transportation Lead/Commercial Driver in Lancaster, CA, offering a part-time position with a $25.00 per hour pay rate. The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and coordination of daily shuttle operations, with a Monday–Friday shift from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

CDL with passenger endorsement and DOT medical certification are required, and at least 21 years old. DMV printout within 30 days is needed.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and DOT Medical Certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating company vehicles.
• G.E.T. 100 (Greet, Engage, and Thank the Guest).
• Assist passengers when boarding and exiting the vehicle including ADA passengers.
• Effectively communicating and working in a team environment.
• Demonstrate the ability to work self-sufficiently while performing daily tasks as a professional driver.
