Job summary

Industrial Pallet Corp. in Greencastle, PA is seeking a Trailer Maintenance Technician/CDL Driver to help keep our fleet safe and on the road. The role is primarily in the trailer shop with occasional driving to support operations.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semi-trailers, assist with DOT inspections, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. CDL-A is required, and we value reliability and commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Hands-on trailer maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on semi-trailers.
• Diagnose and repair trailer components including brakes, lights, suspension, tires, etc.
• Support DOT inspections and ensure compliance standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized shop environment.
• Operate a semi-truck on an as-needed basis to cover routes or support operations.
